Ordering & Payment Methods
Online - Credit Card
We are happy to accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Switch/Maestro,
MasterCard and Delta. Sorry, we do not accept Solo, American Express,
Diner's Club or Visa Electron. We use a secure server for processing the online orders and the information you send us is encrypted using SSL before transmission.
By Telephone Credit Card / Cheque / Banker's Draft
If you wish to place order over telephone you can phone us on 023 8072 4775 to place your order. When ordering over the telephone
we can accept the same cards as when ordering online, or you can send us a cheque or banker's draft, please just let our sales team know
when you place your order. If paying by cheque or banker's draft, please note that we cannot despatch your order until your payment has cleared.
Returns Policy
If for some reason you need to return all or part of an order to us, we have a comprehensive returns policy to try and make the process as painless as possible for you.
Shipping & Delivery
All deliveries must be signed for, and will therefore not be left unattended.
Deliveries are usually made during normal working hours. If you need to make any
special arrangements with us for your delivery please contact us with
your order number immediately after placing your order. See details of carriage charges.
