This Is How It Should Be Done !

I needed to replace my small cordless drill as it has seen better days.I decided to get a 14.4 Bosch and looked around on the internet eventually came to Lawsons site,they had just what I wanted, at a great price.I ordered the drill and the following day contacted them on the phone to get a delivery date (part of their service) the chap I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.My drill arrived the following day.Well done to all concerned, a really satisfied customer
