This Is How It Should Be Done !
I needed to replace my small cordless drill as it has seen better days.I decided to get a 14.4 Bosch and looked around on the internet eventually came to Lawsons site,they had just what I wanted, at a great price.I ordered the drill and the following day contacted them on the phone to get a delivery date (part of their service) the chap I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.My drill arrived the following day.Well done to all concerned, a really satisfied customer

Fast & Efficient Service
I was very pleased on opening the package on arrival but was disappointed to find only one battery was provided. Upon using the product the fully charged battery was unable to complete the operation which resulted in waiting for the battery to recharge in order to proceed with the task.
